On March 13,1999 Gary Goeser and Karan Dundas were married in Gainesville, Florida. Invitations were mailed and many different plans were made for the special day. Many of us came in the night before and stayed at a nearby hotel. The traditional night before dinner was held at  Northwest Seafood, a local favorite,  where many toasts were exchanged and excellent seafood was enjoyed. On the big day there were many things to do and lots of small details to take care of. As tradition dictates; the groom can't see the bride before the ceremony, so when Karan left their house to get ready, Gary wouldn't see her until the ceremony. Meanwhile, Gary and I drove around tending to preparations that needed to be done. Several errands were at the local mall and a few were nearby. The time flew by and soon it was getting close to three o'clock, the appointed time. It was close but everything came together and the ceremony went off on time. After the ceremony, held in the clubhouse where they live, the reception took place and it was a great time and party as planned. The new Mr. and Mrs. Gary Goeser led off with their first dance. There was a catered dinner table, many real beers, fresh oysters and shrimp. Everyone enjoyed the party; the various "new" family members were introduced and others got together with folks they haven't seen for a while. Below you will find several images of their special day.
